| Mgrecruitment & human solutions group are both recruitment
companies who wanted their business to grow through the internet.

| The Project |
Due to rising advertising cost, the limitation in reaching clients
through brochures and magazines, rising administrative costs, our clients
approached us to provide them with an internet tool that would be accessible to
all of their clients and potential clients, as well as reduce their
administrative and advertising costs.

| Our team worked closely with our clients to understand their
business and their goals. Following brainstorming and systems analysis
sessions, we produced a list of all of the useful functionality in a
recruitment site that would help our clients achieve their business goals.
Features included search engines and other interactive tools that allow users
of the site to search for jobs, ask questions, send their resumes, and even
e-mail jobs to friends, all at the convenience of the click of a computer
mouse. They allowed our clients to post jobs, news, and answer queries without
enduring expensive advertising and administrative cost. |

| The result was an increase in our clients’ exposure to new
business, and a significant reduction in some of their main business costs. It
also gave their candidates a pleasant, convenient way of pursuing the job
